Position description:

Accurum Technologies LLC needs consultant level expertise for their SAP HCM system. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of SAP, HCM Time Management module. Must be able to analyze business requirements and develop and maintain complex time schema with custom rules for union and non-exempt employees. Effectively interface with and support clients including being able to interact with all levels of the organization, provide end-user and advanced level training and communicate new functionality to appropriate levels in the organization. Must be able to operate comfortably in both technical and business process situations. Must demonstrate ability to solve complex issues quickly and creatively. Assist in cross-training and development of other BIS team professionals.

Experience:
· 3 or more years experience with SAP HCM Time Management module required.
· Strong knowledge of the integration points between Time and Payroll.
· Experience with 1 or more HCM implementations required, preferably My SAP ERP.
· Expert ability to develop and maintain complex schema with custom rules for overtime, shift premiums, consecutive day overtime,
· STD/FMLA, and rounding rules.
· Strong knowledge in the configuration of work schedules, absence/attendance types, wage type generation and substitutions.
· Strong knowledge in the configuration of quotas: entitlement (earned and accrued), deductions, payouts and quota compensation.
· Strong knowledge in time entry and evaluation of both positive and negative time recording, error resolution and reporting.
· Strong knowledge of Time Manager's Workplace and CATS profiles.
· Familiarity with interfaces from external time collection systems such as Kronos.
· Experience with global organizations desirable.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to communicate with non-technical clients, IT professionals, and management.
· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Ability to escalate issues in a timely fashion.
· Strong customer focus.
· Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
· Ability to review a complex problem and present a summary of options, benefits and risks to be considered.

Educational Qualification
- BS Degree, preferably in a technical discipline or the relevant functional discipline (Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics, Finance) and/or equivalent years of business experience.
· Post-graduate degree in a technical discipline desirable.
